Dude...use a frontpage program by microsoft. U don't have to be a whizkid just some general knowledge..and get some books to guide u.


Once ur done, you can host it on the web using a the large amount of free hosting sites available today...my fav. is brinkster.


And u can opt for the free option but for as low as 5 bucks a month u can get ur own domain.


And then for database why not use frontpage to hook up ur wepage to say a simple SQL database. again it can be done with frontpage...





generating traffic is upto the design and layout of ur page...the more interesting the better..what webpage do u have in mind anyway?????
Reply:well i have created a free website with free hosting, it is quick and easy, and doesn't need alot of brain work, trust me. YOu should be able to create a database free, using Microsoft access i think, but do not quote me on that.
