Why are internet data always in beta? What is the point of developing a new internet programming language?

What is the point of the new programming languages that come out every now and then? When you have a standard, why urinate all over it with a new one when that would be a waste of time? There are unnamed idiots out there that force students AND professors to read and learn about computer languages just to find a job in today's world, when all you need to know is the machine and some math. Do programming languages and data structures give people too much power?

Why are internet data always in beta? What is the point of developing a new internet programming language?
company's will offer their new product in a bata version first ,meaning its a new program and it may have a few bugs and the developers are still working on it.The reason they do this is to offer the product sooner
