What is the easiest programming language to create a website that connects to a SQL database?

I need an easy to understand an efficient programming for a database project (exceptionally procrastinated to the last two weeks!!!!). An SQL type database. What should I use? I have used nothing similar before

why not u try the c# with sql or java with oracle
Reply:I guess ASP is the easiest. If you have time definitely you can work on ASP.NEt , but ASP is easier to understand, more so if you are not familiar with java type coding.
