What do I do if I want to build a custom website but don't know any programming?

I want to create a website that can track user names, store data, and do other various unique things, basically whatever my imagination can conceive. How can I create the things I want on the site without any knowledge of html programming? Are there any companies that can help me do this?

There are a lot of companies out there who can do this thing for you. But you may spend a good amount of money. If you want a cheaper solution, check out the local colleges. If they have a program there where students learn about making pages, you might be able to sneak in a project like this for little or nothin.
Reply:There are many companies that can help you design and maintain your website. You might try advertising on Craig's list for someone in your area to help you.

Yahoo also offers a webhosting with a template-based program called Sitebuilder that is relatively easy to use. I used it to design my personal website and I know very little about html programming. It might be a little basic for what your goals are, but it works for me. Here is my website if you wish to see the work of a novie webmaster: http://www.chs-law.com
