I start classes at the community college in June. I'm currently enrolled in a program to get an A.A.S. degree in cyber security. Most security jobs I have searched for on the Internet require a 4-year degree. I was thinking that if I changed my major to programming it would be easier to find jobs or at least work more independently.
Should I change my major from cyber security to programming?
If you like programming about as much as cyber security then I suggest you switch, but if you are just switching because of job outlook then stay where you are.
