How do I write a linear programming model that involves production maximization?

I have a production maximization question involving 5 pieces of equipment. 2 pieces of machinery operate at a certain speed while 3 other machines operate at a different speed. I have three components to produce and need to know how to write a linear equation to solve this.

How do I write a linear programming model that involves production maximization?
Try this in matrix format if the linear program doesn't come to mind first.

Ax = B

Let A be your equipment function, x represent the machinery speeds, and B represent your output.
