you put your job online (free) and get a bunch of pros and freelancers to bid on it. you can contact them by phone and ask questions. you then pick out the best one for your needs and none of this costs you anything.
Reply:Im not sure about where to find inexpensive freelancers online, but if there's a college in your area try contacting someone over there. I'm a graphic design student and whenever a company or individual needs our help they either post a flyer or contact one of our professors who then asks us. The more compitition between students means an overall better product and cheaper cost for you.
