i am in 2nd year of my college pursuing B.Tech in computer engineering !
i want to ask is there a way to earn money side by side by using programming skills that i have learnt so far ??
i am good at C,C++, data structures and SQL ! ( but not an expert )
is there some sites on internet which provide money for projects in these languages ?

Not likely. You would be better served concentrating on your studies so that you can become an expert.
